Returns & Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@ethylowheel.com before returning your product.

You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the direct cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

You may inspect and handle the product only as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose. We therefore recommend returning the product complete, with all accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at contact@ethylowheel.com. Your statutory rights, including any applicable legal guarantee of conformity, remain unaffected.

Refunds

Where a right of withdrawal is validly exercised, we will refund the amounts required by applicable law, including the cost of standard delivery. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery method are not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed, and within the time limits required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
