No — and we're upfront about this. EthyloKey gives you an indicative reading (green / orange / red) to help you make a safer decision before driving. It is not a legally certified test. Only devices administered or certified by authorities (police breathalyzers, forensic labs) are legally admissible. You remain responsible for complying with your local laws.

The box includes your EthyloKey and a key ring. A wireless charger is not included. EthyloKey works with any Qi-certified wireless charger. The app is optional: it adds history and reminders, but the device shows the green/orange/red result on its own.
